I came to learn some more structured coaching methodology and practice. I expected to do a fair bit of learning from texts and tutor led sessions. I expected a fair amount of theoretical material. I was most pleased to find out that hte course way for more practically oriented than I expected. Coaching practice in a very wide variety of techniques was delivered. These was just enough theoretical learning to introduce the material, but the key element was the repeated practice and feedback sessions. The other vital was the interaction with the order course participants. The variety of personalities, backgrounds and styles really made the learning much were practically useful and real.
